CORPORATE SAFETY COORDINATOR
Develop, monitor, measure and evaluate all Safety Management System to propose corrective actions in order to prevent safety incident, comply with company”s HSE policies, government regulation, and other requirements.
Requirements:
- Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja – S1/D4 or Hygiene Perusahaan Kesehatan D3 or Engineering S1
- 4 (Four) years of experience in HSE exposure.
- Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Mining industry experience
- Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, Risk Assessment, PTO, HSE procedure, Hazob, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process
- Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
- Fair in English both verbal and writing
- Working at Jakarta Head Office and willing to work on site/remote.
- Create and review form or procedure related Safety into HSE MS to ensure all form and procedures are update, valid and in line with the current situations
- Coordinate with project HSE Superintendent in conducting safety risk assessment/aspect impact (identified and evaluate safety hazard) based on project operation (mining, engineering & construction, POSB)
- Educate and train the organization”s workforce on health and safety to ensure that they understand and comply with the organization”s health and safety policies and standards.
- Coordinate timely report preparation for internal and external purpose, such as Safety Summary Monthly Reporting and regular report to government to ensure all report are reliable and submitted in timely manner.
- Set up, manage, implement and continuous improvement the performance of safety system in order to maintain and enhance the overall Safety Management System.
- Coordinate regularly Safety internal and external audit for all Project site Petrosea, follow up audit finding and develop gap analysis in order to develop, improve and monitor the implementation of Safety Management Plan and other relevant environmental documentation for all Petrosea Project
- Recommend changes to working processes and conditions to ensure that all employees have a safety environment and that the organisation complies with all current and future regulations and laws, and the organization”s safety policies and standards
- Conduct analysis of HSE Performance regularly in monthly basis and propose the corrective actions.
CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
Provide assistance to Corporate Communication Coordinator to implement company strategy for internal and external communications aimed at ensuring internal awareness and understanding of the corporate strategy and improving corporate reputation externally, public profile and client relationship.
Requirements:
- University Graduate; preferably Communication /visual communication/ Journalism/Economics or related field.
- At least two (2) years of proven professional experience working in communication or related activities.
- Excellent English and Indonesian skills-spoken, written and presentation.
- Proficient in using MS Office and Adobe In- design/Photoshop. Ability to develop clear concise accurate report summaries.
- Excellent business analysis skills and project management capabilities.
- General understanding of media and journalism, experience in copywriting, web design and other related form of business communication is a plus.

CUSTOMS OFFICER
Monitor, maintain and handling the customs processing relating to the importation of plant / materials to ensure the imported materials are arrived on time in the respective sites/projects.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 year experience in dealing with customs
- Min. Diploma degree in any major
- Good communication and Negotiation skill
- Able to develop and maintain good relationship with government (Customs, BKPM, Trade)
- Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
- Receiving the Import Request (IR) form and Purchase Order (PO) from the user and send the Purchase Order (PO) to overseas supplier in order to initiate import process.
- Contact supplier to check the availability date to collect/pick-up the materials/ goods and organize the transportation/shipping of the materials / goods to ensure that all goods can be delivered on time.
- Prepare and arrange the import / shipping document base on customs law such as proforma invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading / AWB by liaise with the supplier and forwarder/shipping agent to ensure all import & shipping documents are completed.
- Liaise with the insurance coordinator for the arrangement of insurance in order to cover the imported shipment.
- Monitor and trace the material/goods delivery from / to overseas and inform the status to site on daily basis to ensure the material / goods are delivered on time.
- Check and identify the Import Tariff from the Harmonize System (HS Code) book in order to Create Customs Declaration (PIB).
- Organize the payment of import duty and taxes.
- Handling /monitoring the customs clearance processing.
- Request the Goods Received Report (GRR) from the requisition once the materials/goods are received on site.
- Prepare cost allocation of importation & international freight”s invoices for approval from relevant managers and Liaise with accounting department to process any invoices of import/export forwarders and monitor the payment to ensure all invoices are validated and paid in timely manner.
- Responsible for preparing & completing of the import document for purposes of regular customs audit.
- Organize the regular daily outbound shipment (for office document).
- Manage filing system and confidential files as necessary for purposes of customs audit.
- Submit weekly & monthly report.
- Perform other duties as requested.
DISPATCH OPERATION

- Good computer skill in Microsoft environment, report preparation and presentation

- Assist in the deployment of the Fleet Management System
- Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using FMS system and to provide the necessary production parameters on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
- Supervise the performance of operators in the Mining operations in the shift by shift using FMS system
- Monitor and control mining production on an hourly basis including loading / unloading point to ensure smooth day to day operations using FMS system
- Responsible to mine execution plans and necessary production and safety targets, understand the daily, weekly and monthly plans and targets
- Ensure strong disciplinary procedures are enforced and followed consistently, assist to manage the crew manpower and make sure the right people are in the right places doing the right things.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsible to manage and implement the strategic planning of people and organization development program through performance management system, change management, competency based training and people development, organization effectiveness design and system, including but not limited to succession plan.
Requirements:
- Willingness to do whatever is required and work outside normal working hours to achieve objectives
- Must have good communication skill
- Must be able to interact with all different people of diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Having networking/channelling in training education.
- Min. 8 years professional experience in People Development / HR field, out of which 5 years in managerial position
- Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable local university / overseas.
- Managerial skill, Human relation, leadership, Networking capability, Communication capability
- Direct the organization”s training and organization development activities in order to ensure that all activities are conducted efficiently, cost effectively , and in accordance with the organization”s policies and standarts.
- Propose and recommend the Design of HR Infrastructure (that includes policies and guidelines) of Learning and Development Plan, Company Career Management, Performance Management System, and Competencies Based Management to fulfil HR target in developing and retaining people as an asset.
- Propose , implement and evaluate Training need analysis, monitor and review the training implementation to ensure the training effectiveness in term of promotes employee”s competence and performance.
- Responsible to propose and recommend the Second In Charge (2IC) or Business Core Role (BCR) on every division, plan, establish and evaluate employee”s Individual Development Plan (especially for 2IC or BCR) to ensure that they are ready to carry out their future responsibility.
- Plan, establish and review the implementation of Graduate Development Program (GDP), Supervisory Development Program (SDP), Leadership Development Program (LDP) as a strategy to enhance employee”s competencies in each level.
- Develop and monitor the Company Performance Management systems and processes to ensure that the performance appraisal result are fair, objective and reliable for used as a basic for establish individual development plan and individual career plan.
- Develop , manage and control short and long term plans, to ensure the effectiveness of training and organisation development budget allocation.
- Ensure that all Learning & People Development programs are communicate promptly and accurately so it can be published in Petrosea Net in order to inform HR programs to all employees.
- Monitor and manage all activities in Petrosea Academy include system and physical area to ensure the effectiveness of Petrosea Academy activities.
- Ensure that all training or other HR program conducted outside Petrosa are comply with HSEQ in order to perform safety and company standard in any PTP”s working site.
- Assist executive and management teams with the assessment, implementation and resources support for organizational design, measurement development, change management and targeted business performance consulting, provide the internal and external resources required.
SPECIALIST TRAINER (DIGGER)

- Good communication in English & Computer literate
- Have experience in Mining and Heavy Equipment
- Has proficient knowledge about the mining process
- Good presentation and leadership skill.
- Develop and review Training Materials, training modules and assessment procedure and ensure its implementation in accordance with Petrosea”s training procedure at all project sites
- Conduct, review training need analyse (TNA) and developing and improving of the Training Matrix
- Conduct Digger & other Heavy Equipment training to all Petrosea”s sites and improve the operation technique.
- Analyse present Digger & other Heavy Equipment operating system and improving it
- Proactive with HSE in investigating issues connected with incident that caused by equipment miss operating.
- Coordinate and liaise with training supervisor in order to arrange training on site.
- Practice continuous improvement by improving processes and procedures.
- Make weekly and monthly report based on activities that have been done
TRAINING SUPERVISOR

- Provide training for all operators in class and outsite as planning programs and remind to all employees about unsafe actions.
- Correct technique operation and safety operation procedure
- Conduct refresh to all operators and test theory and practical for candidate operators and drivers.
- Make assessments and recommend appropriate test results in the assessment form.
- Make weekly and monthly report based on activities that have been done
- Establish, participate and present safety tool box meeting.
- Report to Training Superintendent.
