1. Tax Section Head
a. Placement : Jakarta Office
b. Level : Superintendent
c. Job Description :
Responsible for coordinating the administration of accounting and report related to the fulfillment of tax obligations and in accordance with the companys fiscal rules and applicable legislation.
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Implement validation and control of any payment requests from all departments.
• Validate the calculation of the tax of a transaction.
• Process the journal transaction and input them into the system.
• Validation and control over the payment of taxes.
• Validation data for Coal Sharing, Dead Rent and Payment lumsump payment calculation
e. Job Requirement :
Education : Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economy.
Experience : Minimum 5 years in related/similar position.
Skill and Ability :
• Having a Brevet Tax certificate is recommended.
• Have good knowledge of coal mining industries tax / Tax for PKP2B (CCOW).
• Have good skills of planning, organizing, and controlling.
• Have good abilities to analyze problems.
2. Planning & Forecasting Senior Officer
a. Placement : Berau - East Kalimantan
b. Level : Senior Officer
c. Job Description :
Responsible for publishing annual budget report to the companys internal and external stakeholders.
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Review the annual Budget and update the companys five years budget plans.
• Review the financial projection and companys forecast.
• Ensure the implementation of withdrawal in accordance with the budget and procedures.
• Suggesting a review for budget procedure improvement
• Conduct the Financial Modeling and Economical Analysis for Investment Opportunities.
e. Job Requirement :
Education : Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy
Experience : Minimum 5 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
• Have good knowledge of financial/budget model
• Have good knowledge of ERP system/ SAP
• Have good abilities on planning, and organizing
3. Tax Supervisor
a. Placement : Berau - East Kalimantan
b. Level : Supervisor
c. Job Description :
Responsible for ensuring the administration and reporting the fulfillment of an obligation in accordance with the companys taxation regulations .
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Calculate the review of sales tax to be paid
• Conduct a review on taxes reporting input (e-filling) properly.
• Socialize the latest regulation of taxation
• Ensuring the tax payment and the reporting to be punctual
e. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Tax, Fiscal Administration
Experience : Minimum 2 years in related/similar position
Skill and Ability:
• Having a Brevet Tax certificate is recommended.

4. System Compliance Officer
a. Placement : Berau - East Kalimantan

c. Job Description :
Responsible for monitoring the conformity of implementation activities throughout the department against companys management system.
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Make 6-monthly plans and annual activities of compliance assessment
• Monitor over evidence of the fulfillment of the act of repairing compliance assessment
• Consult the area that becomes the responsibilities relating to compliance system
e. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in Occupational & Health, Environmental
Engineering, Mining Engineering, industrial engineering, finance, accountancy
Experience : Minimum 2 years in related/similar position
Skill and Ability:
• Certificate of ISO 9001 Auditor, ISO 14001 Auditor, OHSAS 18001 Auditor.
• Have good knowledge of coal mining industries compliance system.
5. Environment Monitoring Sub Section Head
a. Placement : Berau - East Kalimantan
b. Level : Supervisor
c. Job Description :
Responsible for planning and implementing the reporting activities of Environment Impact Assessment (AMDAL) punctualy.
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Arrange the implementation of Environment Impact Assessment throughout all operational activities in accordance with the plan of the Environment Impact Assessment
• Arrange schedule of a third party to control the environment and the activity which could not be done internally.

• Mastering Environment Risk Assessment and AMDAL.

• Mastering Mine Waste Water Management
• Mastering Hydrocarbon and Hazardous Waste Management
• Certified Auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SMK3
6. Electrical Engineering Sub Section Head
a. Placement : Berau - East Kalimantan
b. Level : Supervisor
c. Job Description :
Responsible for planning and repairing Fixed Plant Unit (Crusher dan Conveyor), Mobile Equipment, Pump and pipe, Tools & Machinery, Jetty Dolphin, weigh bridge and Generator Set.
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Arrange schedule of treatment, repairs and unit modification
• Supervised the operation of unit
• Reported the results of repair schedule
e. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering,
Experience : Min 2 years in related/similar position
Skill and Ability:
• Mastering PLC System.
• Mastering electrical unit (Generator, Transformer, electromotor)
• Mastering Conveyor System
7. Geotechnical Sub Section Head
a. Placement : Berau - East Kalimantan
b. Level : Supervisor
c. Job Description :
Responsible to provide geotechnical evaluation and recommendation as part of long-term & short-term mining plan activities.
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Supervise mining activities in-term of geotechnical aspect and provide geotechnical risk assessment
e. Job Requirement
Education :Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering/ Civil Engineering, or Geological Engineering,
Experience : Min 2 years in related/similar position
Skill and Ability:
• Have good analytical skills and problem-solving
• Holding POP certification would be an advantage.
• The candidate will have an Understand in Geology & Mine Planning softwares
• Have strong leadership, good inter-personal and communication skills.
