Permata Hijau Group (PHG), a fully integrated oil-palm corporation,was established in 1984, with core business in the oil-palm plantation, edible oil refining, kernel crushing, biodiesel and oleochemical manufacturing and distributing palm and lauric oil products worldwide. The commencement of our Biodiesel plant will deliver a renewable and sustainable source of energy products and our Oleochemical plant can provide a full range of Distilled and Fractionated Fatty Acids and its derivates. All of our products are Kosher and Halal Certified.Requirements :
- Male. Max 40 years.
- Bachelor Degree in Management/Psychology/Law.
- At least 4-5 years of working experience in the same position, preferably in Palm Oil Industry.
- Familiar with the Labor Law and Labor Management regulation and policies.
- Have a good communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Good team player with right supervisory skills.
- Willing to travel all our operational units.
- Proficient in all computer literacy.
- Fluent in oral both English and Mandarin or Hokkian.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible to manage Human Resources & Development function including Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Personnel Administration, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial & Employee Relation.
- Directly report to Head Manager HRD and Director.
