PT. Reswara Minergi Hartama, is subsidiary of ABM Investama
(under Tiara Marga Trakindo Group) that was formed on 19th October 2010,
and is positioned as a sub-holding integrated coal-mine company.
Reswara Minergi Hartama owns 99.99% of PT Tunas Inti Abadi (TIA), a
medium-sized coal mine concession; and also owns 99.99% of PT Pelabuhan
Buana Reja (PBR), a seaport terminal that is currently in the completion
stage.Reswara Minergi Hartama also owns 70% shares of PT Media Djaya Bersama (MDB) that fully owns 2 coal-mine concessions located in Aceh province under the name PT Bara Energi Lestari (BEL) that operates in the district of Seunagan and Suka Makmue, Nagan Raya Regency, and PT Mifa Bersaudara (MIFA) that operates in the Meureboe district.
Budget & Planning Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- To compile, submit, directing and evaluating monthly plan of Budget & Planning unit to ensure that the work plan is suitable with the work plan of the company.
- To collect data and financial information to produce financial statements accurately and in a timely manner.
- To collect budget data across department and its subsidiaries to ensure the budget management system is well implemented in accordance to the company’s strategic financial plan .
- To monitor cash flow to ensure its allignment e with company budget
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree, preferable in Economics/Business Management, Accounting or related field study.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Budget & Planning area.
- Advanced user of MS Excel.
- High level of energy and commitment
- Good teamwork
- Good problem solving and analytical skills with detail orientation
Responsibilities:
- To compose, create and review the contract draft document cooperation for the purposes of the company by reference to the needs of the department related to designated vendors in accordance with the applicable procedures.
- To identify specific permit document (up to provincial level) in accordance to company requirements and applicable legislation.
- To collect and analyze the updated government law to ensure that all company business process comply with it.
- To issue any Legal Opinion required by the company.
- To provide law assistance to all parties in the company that required
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law.
- Minimum 6-7 years of working experience as legal counselor in mining industry
- Have the Advocate card is an advantage
- High level of energy and commitment

Responsibilities:
- To implement the annual Audit Plan.
- To prepare work programs and audit working papers.
- To conduct operational audits, financial, and investigation in the head office, site, as well as in the subsidiaries.
- To ensure the audit report is in accordance with the internal audit standards and completed in a timely manner.
- To ensure that all suggestions and recommendations for improvements are being implemented.
- Male, max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in accountant
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience as Internal Audit on mining industry, have operational experience in finance is advantage.
- Have a deep understanding and ability in doing internal audit for operational, financial and investigation
- Have a good understanding in and the internal audit concept and company business process, especially in mining industry.

Scope of Works:
- To develop, propose, manage and evaluate the annual plan in Budget & Planning unit and ensure that the plan is in alignment with company overall planning.
- To plan and manage the process of collecting data and financial information to be compared with the budget and with the result of an accurate and a timely manner financial statement analysis.
- To identify the budgeting need of company and subsidiary to ensure the budget management is running in alignment with company strategic financial planning
- To analyze the company budget realization and to ensure the achievement of budgeting target
- To guide the implementation of budgeting system in the company for effectiveness and efficiency of budget realization
- Minimum Bachelor preferable Master degree in Finance / Accounting
- Minimum 6-7 years of working experience in Related field
- Having a good understanding in financial modeling, financial evaluation and analysis
- Good teamwork and having a pleasant personality
Responsibilities:
- To compile, submit, direct and evaluate the annual work plan and budget for Legal Department
- To organize, direct and evaluate each instrument of the agreement in accordance to the laws to ensure that each affiliate action plans appropriate with law aspects.
- To develop and support strategic or investment proposals related to business development for companies and affiliates from the legal aspects that apply to ensure the compliance of such investments toapplied laws.
- Directing and evaluating all working units related to the Legal Department in the affiliates is running in accordance to the applied legal and policy and procedures.
- To ensure that all activities of the company and its affiliates appropriate to theapplied laws.
- To direct and manage the provision of mentoring and giving any required legal opinion w to all parties in the company.
- To conduct final review of the procedure and / or implemented guidance related to the process of the Legal department appropriate with the business needs of the company and its affiliates
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience as legal in mining industry
- High level of energy and commitment
- Good teamwork and having competencies as a leader
