Role Description

• Reporting to Human Resorces Manager. The candidate is responsible to provides supports for a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative services with interim focus on compensation and benefits.
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree from any discipline from reputable university (preferably from Finance, Accounting and/or Statistics)
• 2 years experience in human resources specifically in compensation benefits area in a multinational company.
• Good interpersonal skill and data analysis skill.
• Fluent in English both oral & written
