BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER (BM)

- Minimum experience level of National Sales Manager 2 years in both pharmaceutical and non pharmaceutical company
- Age + / - 40 years old
- Having a concept and a good marketing strategy
- Good analytical thinking
- Good leadership
- Accustomed to dealing with multiproduct

- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major with GPA min. 2,75
- Min. 5 years experiences in the same position (preferably from pharmaceuticals/consumer good manufacturing company)
- Possesses excellent analytical thinking and good decision making skill
- Mature, independent, strong leadership, attention to detail, self motivated.

Objectives:
- Ensuring the creation of demand for products marketed in their region, so that targets and sales growth for their region achieved by establishing good relations with relations (Doctors, Pharmacies, Hospital / Institution and Distributors), provides product knowledge and medical products to the doctor.
Education :
Fresh graduate
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree majors all exact sciences (Pharmacy / Pharmacist, Medicine, Nursing / Midwifery, all engineering)
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree Social majors (Economics, Psychology, Hospitality & Tourism, Communications, Public Relations)
- All majors
- SMK / SMA / SMF (at least 2 years experience as MR)
- Experienced MR, maximum 31 years old
- Without MR experience, maximum 29 years old
Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma from the Department of Office Management / Administration / Secretary
- Fresh Graduate or 1 year of experience
- Max. 26 years old
- Honest and high integrity
- Thoroughly, neat and systematic
- Willing to follow the selection process and be placed in Cikarang
