KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION:

Job Description
- Lead and control Contractor’s activities in the development of design drafting and the operation of Contractor’s drafting shops at Minas and Duri in Company’s Area of operation
- Work closely with Company for overall execution of On-site Drafting Services, including for resources planning, prioritization and leveling.
- Develop and maintain drawing specifications, numbering and filing system.
- Ensure that all processes and procedures in Contractor’s drafting execution and drafting QA/QC plan, are consistently and well implemented during Contract period.
- Implement and monitor Contractor’s key performance indicators related to On-site Drafting Services.
- Execute continuous mentoring program from senior to junior personnel in Contractor’s drafting shops during the performance of Services including tracking of its effectiveness and documenting the results.

- Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) with 10 years working experience or engineering diploma degree (D3) with 15 years working experience, both in engineering design and rafting.
- Minimum 8 years of which (with S1 degree) or 12 years of which (with D3 degree), working in oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
- The candidate shall be fluent with all design codes and standards relevant to each discipline (process, mechanical & piping, electrical, instrument & control, civil & structural) which are relevant to the oil and gas industry.
- The candidate shall be proficient with CADD baseline software: Intergraph Microstation version 8i, and familiar with 3D modeling baseline software: PDMS and Naviswork Review.

Roles and Responsibility
- Lead and control all Contractors’ Off-site Engineering activities during Contract period.
- Establish and maintain good alignment among engineering disciplines, 3D modeling team, project controls and document control to meet Company's expectation during performance of Services. This shall include but not limited to: internal squad check system to ensurequality of deliverable prior to submission to Company, work completion on budget & schedule, proper engineering document & data management, etc.
- Work closely with Company during execution of Off-site Engineering Services, which shall include but not limited to: facilitating work proposal review process to achieve mutual agreement in timely manner, resolving related problems in timely manner, execution of regular lessons learned session to document best practices & improvement opportunities, etc.
- Ensure all systems, processes and procedures for execution of Off-site Engineering Services are consistently and well implemented to meet Company's expectation during Contract period.
- Interface with relevant professional organizations to get information on "state of the art" technologies/knowledge related to the performance of Engineering Services Execute continuous mentoring program from senior to junior personnel during performance of Off-site Engineering Services, including tracking of its effectiveness and documenting the results.
- Report to and assist Manager Engineering for executing Off-site Engineering Services during the Contract period.
- Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
- The candidate shall have minimum 15 years working experience in
various engineering works (including 3D modeling) for oil & gas or
petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, with minimum 10 years
of which at supervisory position. Furthermore, several years of which
shall cover following aspects:
- Minimum experience as Engineering Superintendent or Engineering Coordinator for EPC or ECM or EB contracts for oil & gas or petrochemical industries with minimum single contract value of US$ 45million in the last 5 years.
- Minimum 5 years working experience outside of his/her home country, in supervising a group of engineering personnel from various disciplines (e.g. process, piping, mechanical, instrument & control, electrical, civil & structural, 3D modeling, etc.) with diverse nationalities.
- Alternative for Section (b) above for Group III National only, minimum 8 years working experience for multi-national companies (as permanent or seconded employee) with work location at Indonesia, in supervising a group of engineering personnel from various disciplines (e.g. process, piping, mechanical, instrument & control, electrical, civil & structural, 3D modeling, etc.) with diverse nationalities.
- The candidate shall have broad knowledge on various engineering aspects, such as: engineering multi-disciplines, 3D modeling implementation & software, engineering quality management, engineering execution management, internationally recognized engineering codes & standards, etc.
- The candidate shall have strong supervisory capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching and networking.
