- Minimum bachelor degree
- Maximum Age 25
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Possess good command of Oral and Written English and Indonesian
- Possess sound interpersonal skills
- Possess good computer literacy
- Active in extracurricular activities
- Willing to travel and to be relocated to all business units
