Requirements:

• Requirement :

1. Maximum 45 years old and in a perfect health.
2. Minimum S1 from reputable university.
3. Minimum 5 years experience in automotive company as Sales & Marketing OEM Manager
4. Strong leadership with ability to persuade others.
5. Good network & relationship.
6. Good communication & presentation skill.
7. Fluency in written & spoken English is a must.
8. Having Japanese proficiency test in grade 2 or 3.
9.  Able to mobilize and motivate internal/external resources to achieve desired results.

10.In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, customer intimacy, ability to think strategically and a motivated self starter.
