Industrial Designer

Responsibilities:
- Sketching initial design ideas
- Developing design concepts using CAD
- Making prototypes and working models
- Testing design concepts
- Working with engineers, artists, programmers and production, to evaluate and develop design concepts

Generating ideas and brainstorming as part of a team
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Design or equivalent
Skills and interests
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A creative approach for generating new ideas
- Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge
- Good communication skills (English an advantage both spoken and written)
- An understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods
- Experience with 2D programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw
- Experience with 3D programs such as Inventor, AutoCAD, SketchUp
