PT. Dian Graha Elektrika have cooperation with some multinational company in Telecommunication Industry, is looking for suitable candidates to join our team for position as :


CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
Jakarta Raya
 Closing Date:15-11-12

Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinate and administer the development and updating of the company website and E-newsletter. 
  • Provide desktop publishing services, including creating, revising, summarizing, and assisting with  the    design of publications such as, Company Pages, brochures, posters, newsletters, ads, articles, etc. for special events and other needs. Communications must reflect a professional corporate image, maintaining a positive company image and accurate message. Proofread and distribute information to internal and external customers
  • Research, summarize and compile information for a variety of projects to assist internal and external customers as directed. 
  • Work closely with the Communications team to coordinate various private and public information programs and special events
  • Create and maintain corporate photo directory, adding and updating and categorizing as required
  • Assist internal and external clients with selecting appropriate photos for publications, websites and other uses. Provide photography services for internal use such as employee functions and ID. Digital photography services are provided as directed (e.g. website pictures or special events).
  • Assist with writing and publishing the company website and E-Newsletters
  • Maintain a good understanding of company external image and internal culture; its services, functions and issues; to keep abreast of changes and current issues, as this is important for communicating externally and internally.
  • Provide support to the HR/Communications Manager by providing general administrative services including composing correspondence, creating spreadsheets, internal and communications with local businesses and media
  • Confidentiality and professionalism is expected at all times as this position is privy to sensitive information.
  • Maintain an effective and efficient paper and electronic filing system for Communications, including organizing, maintenance and database entry into the filing system.
  • Provide backup to the Corporate Communications Specialists during all absences.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Dreamweaver website software, MS Office.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with strong proofreading skills.
    Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and to remain flexible is required. Must be able to be discreet and maintain confidentiality in sensitive areas.      
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
