1. GEOLOGIST MODELLING (Balikpapan Base)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare geological model and interpretation.
- Geological model review, check and validation.
- Prepare quality modeling and geo statistic.
- Prepare Geological model output such contour, sections etc.
- Prepare resources estimation and report.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology
- Geologist with 2-5 years experience in coal mining exploration (drillings and mapping activeity), engineering and consulting,
- Capable to operate MineScape Stratmodel.
- Preferably posses a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
- Highly skill in geological interpretation and resources estimation.
- Understand resources reporting standard
- Excellent understanding in exploration database validation.
- Excellent use of GIS Software and (Mapinfo etc)
- Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential.
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Ready worked in remote area
2. MINING FOREMAN
Responsibilities:

- To co-ordinate and supervise the removal of overburden and the mining and transport of coal in a safe environment and to meet production targets with high standard performance.
- Actively contribute to positive teamwork
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in a similar role.
- Understanding utilization all equipment and productivity
- Ability to operate most of type of Mining equipment
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Ready worked in remote area
3. FOREMAN TRAINER / INSTRUCTURE
Responsibilities:
To provide Operational Training for operators and allied training for clients in order to increase the productivity, and maintenance.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar role minimum 4 years.
- Familiar with training delivery equipment (all around HE equipment)
- Good communication skills, written and verbal in English and Bahasa.
- Team work ,works effectively with others and relates to colleagues and trainees
- Good communication and presentation skills including report writing – Good English is essential.
- Computer literacy is preferred
- Ready worked in remote area
4. HR SUPERVISOR ( Jakarta Based )
Responsibilities:

- To provide and meet requirements from user about recruitment Staff and non staff as per mining consultant requirements
- Plan, coordinates and directs the activities involved in the research, development and implementations and maintenance HR programmed for the recruitment, selection, technical and training of employments.
- Develops, implements, administrative, and modifies employment services procedures and system to meet management needs and state and federal requirements and to enhance operations and services. Selects, plans, assigns, supervises and evaluates of works subordinates
- Identifies and solves administrative and IR & HR related issues /matters properly.
Requirements:
- Male/Female Max. 40 years old
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or Law
- Have Experience min 4 years in similar position from Mining company
- Have large database / network especially in mining business
- Good knowledge and skill in devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric test, and various activities (preferred in Mining Company).
- Have competence with BEI ( Behavioral Event Interview )
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with MS Office, Able speak In English both oral & Written
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willing to traveling to All Site
