- Menghitung kapasitas & cost/unit untuk line production
- Mendesign basic concept untuk fixture/peralatan/sarana-prasarana/inspection jig
- Menyusun program peningkatan efisiensi dan produktifitas produksi
- Telah lulus S1 jurusan Teknik Mesin / Teknik Industri / Teknik Kimia/Teknik Sipil / Teknik Elektro / Teknik Elektronika / Mekatronika
- IPK min 2.75
- Usia Maks 27 tahun
- Mengerti spesifikasi mesin / jig / peralatan / sarana - prasarana
- Memahami gambar teknik
- Memahami proses manufacturing
- Memahami tuntutan kualitas dari setiap proses
- Memahami fungsi komponen & sifat material
- Memiliki team work yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa & manajerial yang baik
