Officer Development Program (ODP) - Information Technology (IT)

Posisi yang dibutuhkan :

1. IT APPLICATION DEVELOPER (PROGRAMMER)
2. IT OFFICER
3. IT ENGINEER
4. IT SECURITY OFFICER

Area Penempatan JAKARTA

• S1 IPK min 2,75 (PTN) atau 3,00 (PTS), S2 IPK Min 3,25
• Usia maksimal 26 tahun (S1) dan 28 tahun (S2)
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris minimal pasif 
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik

Lebih diutamakan memiliki salah satu/beberapa skill sebagai berikut :

1. IT APPLICATION DEVELOPER (PROGRAMMER)

• Menguasai salah satu dari: Cobol, C++, Java, MS Dot Net, PHP, Web, MS SQL Server, Platform UNIX (AIX, Solaris, Linux), TACL, SAS, PL SQL.
• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di bidang programming (sebagai nilai tambah).
• Diutamakan menguasai Development Tools, Management Database, Oracle/SQL, Project Management Tools, Unix.

2. IT OFFICER

• Mengetahui secara garis besar tentang IT Project Management, IT Arsitektur Perbankan, IT Procurement, Sistem dan Prosedur IT, Operational Support IT.
• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di bidang terkait (sebagai nilai tambah).
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik.

3. IT ENGINEER

• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di bidang sistem operasi/ database/ network/internet/VOIP dan desktop (sbg nilai tambah).
• Menguasai Platform UNIX (IBM AIX, Oracle Solaris, Linux)/Microsoft Windows Server/Database Oracle/MS SQL/konsep internet (dns, email dan proxy)/Konsep VOIP/PBX dan konsep TCP/IP.
• Nilai tambah bagi yang mempunyai sertifikasi CCNA/MCITP/Oracle Database Admin/ SQL Server.

4. IT SECURITY OFFICER

• Memiliki pengalaman mengelola keamanan informasi, mengembangkan policy keamanan informasi, IT Assessment dan Penetration Testing, mendisain langkah-langkah implementasi keamanan informasi, menjalankan IT Security Governance.
• Memiliki minat mendalami keamanan informasi, hacking, dan mendalami paket data dan security device (IPS, Firewall, dll.).
• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman (sebagai nilai tambah) tentang kernel debugging atau Compile Linux Kernel, konfigurasi network/security, shell command/unix administration, perl/php/lua/python.

1. QUANTITY SURVEYOR
(Assignment: Timika, Papua)

Manages and ensure all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferable in civil engineering
• Min. 3 years experiences as a quantity surveyor or related with commercial/project cost controller/cost planner in Engineer Project Management support to mining business
• Familiar with Terramodel software
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
• May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements
• Good communication & negotiation skill, budget handling skill
• Willing to be placed in all project

Responsibilities:

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the relevant parties (ex: architect or client)
• Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks, performing risk, value management and cost control
• Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
• Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
• Providing advice on contractual claims and procurement strategy to resolve disputes between clients, designers and building contractors
• Analyzing outcomes and create detailed progress reports
• Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

2. ACCOUNTING & TAX OFFICER
(Assignment: Jakarta)

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in Tax/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position which specializing in Accounting, Audit/Taxation or equivalent
• Brevet A/ B/ C certificate is advantageous
• Good understanding of finance and accounting system
• Knowledge of operating accounting software is a must
• Having good knowledge of the basics of taxation applicable in Indonesia
• Knowing the prevailing tax rules
• Understand and appreciate the e-SPT
• Good personal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Mastering Computers (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
• Fluent in English both oral and written

Responsibilities:

• Preparing journal daily reports (daily, weekly & monthly)
• Handle reconcile and maintain accounts in Account Receivables, Account Payables, Cash & Bank Statements
• Assist with monthly closings & adjustments journals
• Preparing and compose monthly financial statements & reports
• Responsible for making invoices, checking them, and releasing before the deadlines
• Administration of taxation
• Reporting SPM
• Preparing documentation during tax examinations
