company, was established in 1981 to supply process equipment , plants
and facilities for the Oil + Gas Industry. Today ISTANA KARANG LAUT is a
fully established and experienced Supplier of Pre-Assembled Process
Equipment & EPC Contractor involved in Design, and Construction of
Process Plant in
Indonesia, South East Asia as well as Central Asia and the Middle East.
The company is located in Jakarta with a combined Expatriate/Indonesian
team of highly motivated and experienced specialist managers and
engineers equipped with the latest computer software and technology to
meet the highest International codes and standards. , is immediately
seeking highly qualified and experience professional who can work as a
team with proven competencies in the whole range of development and
improvement initiatives to fill the following positions for:
1. Proposal Manager
• Manage and monitoring of proposal / tender preparation
• Ensure the process of preparation running well until get the result.
• Ensuring all tender file completely received
• Ensuring that the requirements of tender is clearly translated
• Ensuring that scope of work/instruction to other department is distributed
• Ensuring that other department will submit their scope of work as per schedule
• Ensure that all tender documents is properly prepared to comply with
Customer specification/requirement included Technical, Administration
and Finance requirement.
• Review the proposal with related department prior to sub mission.
Requirement:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Min 5 years experience in same position on oil & gas industry
- Good knowledge in all process of tender, include technical and commercial
- Fluent in English
2. QHSE Manager
• Manage QHSE Department to ensure that QHSE Procedures conforms with operations, also followed by all operations personnel
• Administer the QHSE manual, update as necessary, implement as necessary
• Review, approve all documents produces internally by company
• Perform internal audit, according to ISO 9001
• Perform external audits for suppliers, subcontractors, and fabricators
• Manage all field personnel, audit performances, administer reports, distribute reports internally
• Coordinate third party inspections, surveys
Requirement:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgy
- Familiar with code i.e: ASME, ANSI, API, AWS, etc
- Experience in fabricate pressure vessel, piping, skid package
- Having adequate knowledge in material and welding
- Experience in construction at project site
- Fluent in English both oral & written
3. Construction Superintendent
• Ensure the planning, coordination, supervision & execution of the
construction & installation portion of the work such that it is
accomplished with the highest quality & in the most safe, efficient
& timely manner possible.
• Responsible for leading the construction safe effort & must be
able to demonstrate a strong commitment to construction safety.
Requirement:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 5 year experiences in same position on oil & gas industry.
- Good understanding of all applicable international code, standard, specification & safety procedures.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, planning, scheduling & organizational
- Willing to be relocated in project areas
4. Senior Process Engineer
• Coordinating preparation of process and ensure all process aspect meet with Client requirement or International Standard.
• Check and discuss with other discipline engineer and drafting office
to ensure other discipline comment to be incorporated with process
design
• Coordination of process design with licensors (BRE, NAO, CECA, AXENS)
• Preparation of process design related calculations, documents i.e:
- Material balance
- P.F.D.
- P+I.D.
- Process data sheets
- Operating and shutdown philosophy
- Operation manual
• Assistance to prepare proposal
Requirement:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Min 10 year experiences in process design engineering for oil & gas project
- Good applicable in HYSYS
- Fluent in English
5. Senior Instrument Engineer
• Responsible for preparation of instrument design deliverable in
accordance with Client specification or International Standard.
• Check and discuss with other discipline engineer and Drawing
Coordinator to ensure other discipline comment to be incorporated with
instrument design
• Prepare the basic designs and issue them to the drafting supervisor for preparation of the drawing.
• Upon drawing completion, she/he is responsible for checking and ensuring that all documents, drawings prepared are correct
• Prepare any work procedures that are deemed necessary for
manufacturing, handling, assembling or lifting of the equipment
according to client requirement.
• Review prepared drawing and document to comply with
the code,
standards and specifications for correctness and possibility to be
fabricated. To prepare all instrument engineering documentation
including specification/data sheet/calculations, etc
Requirement:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Physic Engineering
- Min 10 year experiences in instrument design engineering for oil & gas industry
- Fluent in English
6. Senior Electrical Engineer
• Manage for preparation and issue of all electrical deliverables
(including MR”s/TBE”s/Spec”s/Data Sheets design documents and
calculations) in accordance with project “deliverables register” and
“schedule”
• Ensure that all electrical aspect meet with Client requirement and International Standard.
• Complete IDC (Inter Discipline Check) and review of vendor documents / drawings
• Prepare the basic designs and issue them to the drafting supervisor for preparation of the drawing
• Upon drawing completion, she/he is responsible for checking and ensuring that all documents, drawings prepared are correct
• Prepare any work procedures that are deemed necessary for
manufacturing, handling, assembling or lifting of the equipment
according to client requirement.
• Review prepared drawing and document to comply with the code, standards and specifications for correctness and possibility to be fabricated
• Prepare specs, data sheet, MR, TBE for all type of electrical equipment
Requirement:
- Min
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Min 10 year experiences in
electrical design engineering for oil & gas industry
- Good applicable in ETAP software
- Fluent in English
